For example, in order to use the travel delay benefit, your flight must be delayed for more than 6 hours. If a claim was filed under the travel delay benefit but you were only delayed for 3 hours, this would not be covered.

Excess is the amount of money you’ll need to pay out of pocket before we step in to cover the cost of a claim. The excess amount for your policy is per person, per claim. For our international travel insurance plan, you can choose from three excess amounts: $0, $100, or $250.

Yes, but it is a pretty broad range. You can be as young as one year old and up to 99 years old and be eligible for cover. Just know the main applicant has to be at least 18 years old.
